The International Telematic Martial Arts Organization (ITMAO)

The international Telematic Martial Arts Organization (ITMAO) is an independent global combat sports network and promotion. It was founded to bridge the gap between martial arts professionals across the globe, combining physical ring sports with digital connectivity.

Mission and Origins

ITMAO was established to build strong cross-cultural connections among martial arts instructors, athletes, referees, and promoters. The organization relies heavily on a hybrid model: it hosts live combat events globally while using online telematic courses and platforms to train and certify coaches, share instructional protocols, and expand a collaborative martial arts ecosystem.

Core Leadership

The organization is managed by an international coalition of regional sports figures:

• President: Simone Marcheti (Italy)
• Italy Instructors: Alessandro Marchetti and Maria Grazia Di Cataldo
• National Coordinators: Aminul Islam (Bangladesh), Mohamed Ahmed Shaban (Egypt), Guillermo Teze (Argentina), Alphonce Syaywa Wanzallah (Kenya).

Focus Disciplines and Santioning

ITMAO primarily focuses on striking and mixed combat sports, including Kickboxing, K-1, and MMA. As a sanctioning body, it coordinates both amateur and professional international title matches. It collaborates directly with independent regional promotions, such as Federation Elite Belgium, Concordia Fight Night in Argentina, and the Kenya Mixed Martial Arts Federation (KEMMAF).
